You can actively participate in this project by sending us your photos/videos and sightings data.

To do that use one of our forms, depending where your sighting occurred:

We are looking for images of the unique patterns in the bellies of these animals (see images below).

These photos/videos will help us identify species and track the movements of individual animals within and outside the Azores and Canary Islands every time they are photographed again.

Your images will be used for scientific purposes only, feel free to add your watermark but please make sure it doesn't cover the pattern area.
